The ONE platform, as an integrated intelligent observability solution, consolidates observability data from multiple sources, including metrics, logs, events, and alerts. To aggregate these diverse data types and present clearer, more intuitive data trends, we provide a Data Reporting feature. This capability transforms massive, disorganized raw monitoring data into clear, visual, and actionable insights, enabling a focus on trend analysis and business optimization—truly achieving data-driven operations.
Dashboards
As the foundation of visual monitoring, Dashboards allow you to query most observability data available on the platform. To enhance both the aesthetic appeal and flexibility of dashboard views, we offer a rich set of charts and functional widgets. Using Dashboards, you can configure monitoring views tailored to different scenarios. Beyond displaying static data reports, Dashboards also support interactive drill-downs. By clicking on anomalous data points in a chart, you can directly navigate to corresponding monitoring details, logs, or trace pages, enabling rapid root cause analysis.
Data Cube
While individual dashboards provide configuration for single views, they operate independently. For complex monitoring scenarios, frequent interaction between multiple dashboards is necessary to form functional modules akin to custom applications. Addressing this need, the ONE platform offers the Data Cube feature. With Data Cube, you can build your own applications that facilitate cross-level cascading analysis, allowing seamless contextual navigation and deeper insights across correlated data layers.
Automated Reporting
The Automated Reporting module supports the creation of various report templates. These reports can be scheduled to be sent automatically—daily, weekly, or monthly—to platform users via email according to configured rules. This ensures timely information delivery and supports efficient team review and retrospectives.
Grafana Integration
Grafana is a widely used platform for operational monitoring. ONE integrates Grafana's dashboard capabilities, allowing you to choose between using the native ONE Dashboards or Grafana for configuring monitoring views—based on your personal preference and familiarity.
