Canway CMDB

Pull entity and instance data from the Canway CMDB through its REST API.

Prerequisites​

  • The ONE platform can reach the Canway CMDB environment.

Getting Started​

  • Navigate to Integrations → Plugins.Click Start Integration on the Canway CMDB card.
  • Fill in the CMDB API endpoint, app-code, app-secret, and any required business-ID.
  • Save the task; it is created in the disabled state.
  • Manually enable the job after you finish the data stream mapping.

Configure Data Stream​

  • ONE provides an out-of-the-box stream that converts CMDB models into ONE resource entities.
  • You can also build a custom stream for extra fields or relationships.

Verification​

  • Review imported entities under Insight → Resource System → Resource List.
