Prometheus Remote Write

Stream metrics from your Prometheus instance into the ONE platform via Prometheus' built-in Remote Write mechanism.

Prerequisites​

  • The ONE platform can reach the Prometheus environment over the network.

Getting Started​

ONE Platform Setup​

  1. Navigate to Integrations → Plugins.
  2. Find the Prometheus card and click Start Integration.
  3. Select Prometheus Remote Write for Exporter Metrics.
  4. Complete the form and copy the generated Remote Write endpoint.

Prometheus Setup​

  • Edit prometheus.yaml and append a remote_write stanza to push Open Metrics to ONE:

Configure Data Stream​

  • ONE provides an out-of-the-box default stream.
  • You can also create a custom stream for specialized monitoring needs.

Verification​

  • Check registered Metrics under Insight → Data Model → Metrics.
  • Explore the ingested Metrics in Insight → Data Explorer.
