Huawei Cloud Eye

Pull Metrics from Huawei Cloud services through their standard Cloud Eye (CES) APIs.

Prerequisites

• The ONE platform can reach Huawei Cloud.

Collect Cloud-Side Parameters

• API Endpoint :Public-cloud endpoints are listed at https://console.huaweicloud.com/apiexplorer/#/endpoint
• AK: Access Key ID
• SK: Access Key Secret
• Region: Region code where the monitored resources reside. Reference: https://console.huaweicloud.com/rms/?region=cn-south-1#/resources/supported
• ProjectID: Project ID of the region; copy it from Huawei Cloud credentials page.

• Namespace: Cloud service identifier in CES. One namespace = one service category. List: https://support.huaweicloud.com/api-ces/ces_03_0059.html

Configure Data Stream

• Build a stream to parse and store Metrics.

Verification

• Review registered Metrics under Insight → Data Model → Metrics.
• Explore data under Insight → Data Explorer.
