How to Apply for a ONE Platform Account?
The ONE platform does not currently provide a self-service account application feature. You need to submit your contact information via the "Free Trial" page on the Bonree official website or call the Bonree service number. Subsequently, staff will contact you via phone within 24 hours to activate and provide your ONE platform account.

Platform Login
Public Cloud Service
If you have applied for a Public Cloud account, after obtaining your ONE platform account credentials, you can visit the ONE platform Public Cloud address and log in with your username and password to explore and use the platform's functionalities.
Considering compliance requirements for network communication and data transmission, Bonree provides two separate, data/account-isolated ONE Public Cloud platforms for users within Mainland China and users outside Mainland China. Therefore, please select the correct Public Cloud platform to log into based on the information provided during your account application.
Private Deployment
For private deployment customers, Bonree will arrange a professional pre-sales team to liaise with you. The pre-sales team will assess the resources required for deployment based on your needs and assist you in completing the ONE platform deployment. Once the deployment and installation are complete, you can log in and use the relevant ONE platform functionalities.
Using Platform Features
As an integrated intelligent observability platform, the ONE platform offers a wide range of product features. You can refer to other sections of the Documentation Center to learn about and use specific functionalities.
The usage of some ONE platform features is subject to License restrictions. To ensure you can fully experience and use all ONE platform features, please apply for and import a License as soon as possible to activate all functionalities.
