đī¸ Creating and Managing IAM Users
In the ONE platform, one Master Account represents one tenant, and tenants are completely isolated from each other. Typically, one enterprise customer uses only one Master Account, while other users within the organization can register/be added as IAM Users to log in and use the platform's functionalities. If your ONE platform account needs to be shared by other personnel within your organization, you can refer to this section to create and manage the corresponding IAM Users.
đī¸ Creating and Managing IAM Groups
To enhance the effectiveness of administrators' permission management for IAM Users, the platform provides IAM Group related functionalities for administrators. If certain IAM Users within the organization require the same permissions, administrators can create an IAM Group, configure permission policies for this group according to the desired permissions, and then add IAM Users to this group. These users will inherit the group's permissions. To revoke these permissions later, simply remove the IAM Users from the user group. This section details the features and usage of platform IAM Groups.
đī¸ Auditing User Activity with Operation Logs
All user operations performed on the ONE platform generate and record corresponding operation logs. You can go to the platform's Operation Records page to view or audit the operation logs of all users.
